My advice for the site is that if you sign up for the trial, download as much as possible. You can read things after the trial is over, so long as they’re properly labeled. So if you’re feeling low on newspaper sources, take a look and see whether it might make sense. (They had, for example, multiple Orlando newspapers going back to the 1910s, so it’s not just a contemporary database.)
