The Whittemore Library invites contributions from our campus community (students, faculty, staff and alumni) to capture the impact of the CoVID-19 pandemic on their lives. The library is committed to diversity and inclusion and encourages submissions from all members of the university. We are interested in your life during the pandemic - the shift to remote instruction, your work from home, your work (if outside now) at off-campus jobs, the way you and your family and friends keep in touch, and more.
Each submission must include a completed form. You will submit your materials and an agreement allowing the Library to archive and showcase your materials. The Library can accept most types of formats, such as photos (jpg, png), videos (mp4, mov), audio (mp3), and text (txt, pdf, docx, doc). We will also accept physical materials.
The online archive will not be available to the public immediately. All accepted material will be made available following review and processing by library staff. The library reserves the right to withhold based on certain criteria.
The library is grateful to ultimately provide this snapshot of our lives during this difficult time to future researchers and members of the RAMS community.
