the MA Online Voter Registration System
There you can also see your various voting options (in person, by mail, etc.)
If You're not a MA Resident (But Go to School Here): Pick either
MA
or
Your Home State
...and Register
As a university student, you have dual residency....but you can only vote in one state.

Request aid via
your local election office
If Overseas (Service members, Their families, and Overseas citizens)
Register and request your absentee ballot with
the Federal Post Card Application (FPCA)
