Open Educational Resources are online, free, openly-licensed teaching and learning materials. Their open licenses mean that they can be revised, edited and even combined with other compatibly-licensed OERs to create a customized learning and teaching material. The fact that they are free means that they reduce the cost to take any course using them.
Can OERS be used to educate or at least supplement the education of new nurses? As a future educator, the choice, as always, will be yours.
Below we are highlighting selected OER designed for nursing students.
