What we mean by 'Films'

Films are a work of visual art that simulates experiences and otherwise communicates ideas, stories, perceptions, emotions, or atmosphere through the use of moving images. This can be conveyed via a physical form (plastic film, VHS tapes, DVDs, etc.) or by way of digital files (streaming video). We have access to both types, but the bulk of our collection (and the easiest to use these days) are online, streaming videos.
