The 'Title phrase search' hack done in the opposite direction - run the article's whole title as a 'phrase search' in the RamSearch box:

• Highlight / copy / paste entire title
• Add double quote marks in front and just behind that title
• Run search; if we have it, it will be the first and usually only result
• If we don't have it full text, then yep; you'll have to do an ILL request
